80s flashback: Manifestation lessons from my 9-year-old self - ep. 109

Season #4

There are SO MANY “manifestation coaches” out there who talk about manifestation as a “magical process” – almost as if the universe is a cosmic vending machine, ready to give you whatever you want (as long as you insert positive thoughts).

👉 But the piece that often gets overlooked, is the TAKING ACTION part.

You can dream about making a cake all day 🎂…but unless you gather the ingredients, follow the recipe, and put it in the oven….you’re not gonna manifest the cake. You’re just gonna be hungry.

Listen, I looove the (real deal) concept of manifestation. I’ve been manifesting things since I was very little.

And in today’s episode, we’re gonna talk about one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned about manifestation – and I learned it when I was 9 years old. So buckle up. And get ready to be transported back to the 80s!

Wondering what you’ll hear about in this episode? Here’s a sneak peek:

  • A trip down memory lane – my hometown of Tiverton
  • Saturday morning commercials, and the Omnibot I wanted soooooo badly
  • The contest I entered, and the utter disappointment I felt when I somehow didn’t win
  • The manifestation lesson I learned (in retrospect)
  • The importance of self-accountability and self-awareness
  • Are you focused on the outcome you don’t want?
  • You need to be clear on what it is you want to create
  • Gratitude = thank you, more of this please!
  • Becoming partners with your subconscious mind
