What's the difference between The Law of Attraction and Manifesting?

I have been friends with crystals since I was a little girl. Back then I didn’t really have any idea what a powerful tool they could be, I did however feel like they were magical in some way, I thought they were pretty and I liked how they vibrated when I held them.

It's time to start social distancing from guilt

Are you grounded? What it is, how to do it and why it's awesome

Let’s talk about the adult version of being “grounded” and no, I don’t mean being stuck at home watching netflix...although that’s kind of what it feels like as I write this since we are in the middle of our social distancing due to the current pandemic situation.

Grounding is a term that more and more people speak about but very few talk about what it actually is, how to do it or why?

In a nutshell, because we are energetic beings being grounded simply means that you're present in your body and connected with the earth, you have a greater sense of focus and calm….and this is key when it comes to having a healthy growth mindset.

The practice of grounding myself has been a huge part of my life and it’s something I teach my clients to do. Before making this a habit I could not safely hold space for my clients without taking on their issues as they released through the work we were doing….which let me tell you was not a good experience....
